Payments Options

Full payment is taken when you place your order. We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa / Visa Electron, Mastercard and Switch / Maestro, however we do not accept American Express. Our secure payment gateways include Paypal and SagePay which uses state of the art security tools and techniques, both proprietary and unique, to ensure that you are protected against what is nowadays a virtually non-existent risk. The technology also has inbuilt system redundancy and fault tolerance, to provide us with a virtually uninterrupted service 24 hours a day, seven days a week. When placing your order, you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number i.e. the address and phone number your bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once your credit card has been authorised. Most items are in stock and will be dispatched immediately therefore full payment is required at point of sale.

We do not see any credit card details.

Availability of Goods

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any monies already paid for them.

Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions. The company is entitled to amend its terms and conditions but any such changes will not affect contracts that have already been formed.

These terms and conditions are subject to UK law.

Returns policy

We take great care to ensure that your order reaches you promptly and in excellent condition, each item passes through quality control before despatch. All products (unless otherwise stated) are guaranteed for 28 days from purchase. This guarantee does not cover accidental damage or damage caused by misuse of an item.

Please note all Gold orders that are made to order specifically for you, based on your choices are not returnable - Please check carefully before ordering! This is in line with Distance Selling Regulations (DSR).

Please note that all returns for either unwanted or damaged/faulty goods must be confirmed by email to Urban Piercing Shop within 7 days of receiving your purchase, Please include your order number, name and reason for returning.

Items returned must be in a new and unused condition and in the original packaging. We will refund the cost of the items; however shipping charges are non-refundable unless faulty.

All returns are the responsibility of the customer until they reach Urban Piericng Shop. reason at all, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

Faulty Products / Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty, you may send it back to us for a replacement. We will refund the cost of sending the item back to us. In the UK, items should be sent back via First Class Recorded Delivery.

You can choose a different delivery address from the invoice address, for example if you require the order to be shipped to your work address.

*If there is no one in to sign for the delivery Royal mail will leave a card and the order will be taken back to your local sorting office. The card will explain what your options are for redelivery or collection. The sorting office usually holds items for a week and then they return them to us, if this happens we will get in touch with you to discuss arranging redelivery and costs.
