Orders placed before 3:00pm Monday-Friday UK time are dispatched the same day, any orders placed after 3:00pm during the week or at weekends are processed the next working day.
UK Delivery Options
Royal mail 1st Class £1.00 free on all orders over £10.00
Royal Mail Signed £1.50* (Recommended) free for all orders over £30.00
Insured Delivery £6.00 insures whilst in transit, orders should arrive the day after despatch before 1pm (Mon-Thur), require a signature upon delivery. *
*If there is no one in to sign for the delivery Royal mail will leave a card and the order will be taken back to your local sorting office. The card will explain what your options are for redelivery or collection. The sorting office usually holds items for a week and then they return them to us, if this happens we will get in touch with you to discuss arranging redelivery costs.
You can choose a different delivery address from the invoice address, for example if you require the order to be shipped to your work address.
We always obtain a certificate of posting for each order shipped.
Orders not received will not be deemed “missing” by Royal Mail until 15 working days have passed. We will therefore be unable to re-send or refund until after this period, and a claim has been made on Royal Mail.
Urban Piercing Shop will not be held liable for delays in delivery caused by a third party. The law states that delivery must be within 30 days.

Orders are sent by airmail which usually arrive within 5-10 working days of being posted but can take longer depending on the postal service and Customs, please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
Airmail £1.75 but free on all order over £10.00 or the equivalent in your currency.
Signed for £6.00 (recommended choice).

Returns & Refunds
We take great care to ensure that your order reaches you promptly and in excellent condition, each item passes through quality control before despatch. In the interests of hygiene we only accept the return of goods which are damaged or faulty. If you should receive damaged or faulty goods from us please make contact within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement or refund.
All products (unless otherwise stated) are guaranteed for 28 days from purchase. This guarantee does not cover accidental damage or damage caused by misuse of an item.

Cancellations
You can cancel all or part of your order within 7 days for any reason providing the order has not been dispatched.
Contact us with your order number and items you wish to cancel and we will be happy to change or cancel your order.
